Birth class options/dates

Classes are small and intimate, where you are able to interact, ask questions and connect with other couples. 6-8 people per group, offered weekends or weeknights, group or privately in your home. Group classes are $500 & private classes $400 (inclusive of tax).

3 hr refresher for those previously birthed
